Sourced from Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in Peru's Piura and Amazonas regions, this coffee is grown at elevations between 1100–1700 meters in clay mineral-rich soil. A thoughtful mix of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties are gully washed and sun-dried to perfection, delivering a coffee that's as distinctive as it is delicious.
